Biography of Director Rick Tank:

Born and raised in the Midlands, UK. I'm a British Asian meaning I have been bought up around both cultures allowing me to take and experiment with the best from both worlds.

My interest in music and art started with my older brother who was a self taught Dj. After helping him and playing with his decks I grey to really enjoy Djing myself and eventually ran my own club night from the age of 13 with a close friend.

Whilst keeping my music interests close I started experimenting with art and as the year have gone by I have combined the two. I try to use my western and eastern influences to help express my art which is why my work contains elements of both. As time is passing I am continuing to learn new skills along with maturing my taste in art and music, all of which I hope will help me produce more interesting and dynamic work.
