Director Biography
Darren Bolton is an emerging filmmaker based in North East Lincolnshire UK. Darren's background is primarily in theatre as an actor, writer and director working in those capacities in a number of touring shows. In 2004 Darren completed his first short flm which played at many festivals around the country and was selected for BBC's short season series "Homegrown Hollywood." Since then Darren has written and directed more films including video installations for the Arts Forum Festival and more shorts. Darren set up and runs Shooting Fish Theatre Company and Blueprint: Film with which he has produced all their work resulting in vast experience in generating funding, pitching and the organizational aspects of film production.
