Synopsis:
A comedy about about why you shouldn't get drunk, get stoned, and have sex dressed in your best friend's clothing.
“Bill” tells the story of Paul and Amelia, a couple who has lost that special spark that keeps a relationship alive. They are taking each other for granted and, except for Paul’s frequent workplace masturbation, their sex life is nonexistent. After seeking the advice of their therapist (Saturday Night Live’s Rachel Dratch), they realize they need to make some changes. In walks Bill, a charming veterinarian who just moved to town and is looking for some new friends. Bill, just by being Bill, brings the spark back to Paul and Amelia’s life together. Things couldn’t be better - until Bill discovers their true fetish...him.

Biography of Director John John Salcido

John Salcido was raised on an apple orchard in southern New Mexico, where he cultivated the off-kilter imagination that is the basis of his livelihood today. After a tumultuous adolescence spent wearing black and listening to The Cure, John Salcido attended Stanford University and studied abroad at Oxford before earning his degree in English. A lifelong passion for making movies then led John to USC film school. Since graduating, John has been working as a writer and TV producer. John also worked briefly as a puppeteer and a flower arranger, but those hold no relevance here, unless you’re looking for a handsome calla lily centerpiece. John Salcido has written numerous shows for the E! channel and produced several acclaimed reality and documentary series for both cable and network television, including the NBC series “Starting Over” which won a Daytime Emmy in 2005.
