This is a story of con artists getting religion - or not. Vince (Billy Boyd), Renee (Eva Birthistle) and Henry (Luke Mably) are a trio pulling scams around Europe, until the day Vince gets caught and sentenced to two years in jail.
After serving his time, he is released and wants to pick up where he left off. However, Henry went legitimate and works public relations. His position along with his boss Sonia Zeller (Alice Evans) is to project a positive image for a corrupt Prime Minister of Justice who being accused embezzling money. Renee, Vince's love interest found religion and surrendered herself to a home for nuns.
"Angel Hope" is a fictitious nun. She like Mother Theresa, but young, blond and pretty. This is the identity Renee assumes. She works in a fictitious hospital on a remote island in the South Pacific. The third fictional element is a hurricane which destroys the hospital, triggering a charity campaign spearheaded by the Vince, Henry and Renee. The corrupt Prime Minister of Justice just wants to launder his money but somehow is conned into believing the scam. This plan goes haywire with double-crosses. love affairs and good old religion. Everything needed to get in the way of greed. This is a very funny film.
